Well, I now have a departure date - February 17. I'm kinda looking forward to the travel after the Ice as with the warmer weather. I hear Christchurch is around 50F. That would be a great change since the weather is currently at -44.2C/ -47.6F with the wiindchill it's -59.1C/ -74.5F. Just a little chilly now.
My boss, James - the executive chef, left today. The winter sous chef is here but won't start work until Monday.
The population is currently at 180 but steadily decreasing.
